Available Reports

  • Single Map reports allow an “all around” view of a chosen data indicator from the annual EHDI Hearing Screening and Follow Up Survey. The display includes a rank ordered bar chart and a time series chart.
  • Double Map reports allow the user to view two independent maps which can be used to view the same or different EHDI jurisdictions.
  • Tables show numerical data in traditional “spreadsheet” format with no graphic displays.
  • Excel reports allow the user to download the data to their local computer.
